Join me on this wondrous retreat of self care in Hossegor, know as the little “French California” which has that “oh so chill vibe”. Audine Farm, situated in the heart of the Adour Basin, has an exotic feel of serenity and perfect heaven to ressource and care for the soul.

THE FARM
 Audine is a traditional farm transformed over the years by a passionate surfer, which has become a perfect place for anyone searching for serenity and the spirit of sharing a peaceful haven for practicing yoga. With 6 hectare of nature there is space to be alone, find that quiet moment to ressource, read and savour the endless fields of nature that surround the farm. Onsite there is a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a spa with a sauna and hamman, as well as a tennis court available for your pleasure.  
 
 
THE ROOMS
The rooms are beautifully decorated with a pure yet exotic feel that enhances that feeling of being far away from it all. The rooms are double occupancy with the option for a private room upon request and according to the availability. Crisp white linens and towels adorn your room.
 
Jessica Magnin
RYT®500 and E-RYT®500 is a dedicated yogini on and off the mat for three decades and a passionate yoga and meditation teacher since 1996. Certified with the White Lotus Foundation of Santa Barbara and Baron Baptist Level I, she has completed over 350 hours of Anusara®, training, yoga therapy, as well as 18 years with ParaYoga®. Jessica is a senior student of Yogarupa, Rod Stryker, one of the world’s pre-eminent teachers. Since then, she has been initiated into the ancient sacred lineage of Shri Vidya.
 
Known for her inner radiance, her creativity and her presence, Jessica integrates the biomechanics of Anusara® and the sacred energetic wisdom of ParaYoga®. She guides her students through a seamless flow of balanced movement choreographed by the intelligence of the breath. She seeds the gaps with inspirational thoughts, yogic wisdom and self-inquiry. Each class, unique in its own, is rooted in the Tantra Hatha Yoga tradition and calls upon vinyasa krama, the breath, precise alignment and meditation, transporting her students to a place of remembrance and connection with their inner Source.
Inspired by Buddhist teachings and having participated in numerous Vipassana retreats, Jessica pilgrims yearly to Laos, ‘a home away from home’, where she steeps herself in stillness.
 
Founder and director of O2yoga, Jessica inspires hundreds of students yearly. She has touched yogis across the four corners of the globe offering international workshops, intensives, retreats, teacher training and humanitarian events in the USA, France, England, Switzerland, Laos and Cambodia. She is an on-going participating teacher with online videos for YogaChezMoi, Gather Yoga Collective and Yoga Anytime.
 
An inspirational writer and coach, she is passionate about the path of self-transformation and personal development and aspires to share this with others.

The retreat :

From Thursday 29th of August to Tuesday 3rd of September 

Price including accommodation + vegetarian meals + Yoga practice + Surf lesson + Yoga SUP : 1700€

  • 5 nights in a double occupancy shared rooms (option for a private room for 50euros extra per day and upon request
  • All meals beginning with Thursday evening and ending with Tuesday brunch
  • All snacks of fresh fruit and nuts, herbal tea and coffee
  • 5 full sessions of 2.5 hours of yoga, meditation, pranayama, mantra 
  • 2-3 sessions of yin yoga, restorative and yoga Nidra
  • 1 2hrs initiation surf lesson with a qualified teacher, surf board and wetsuit included
  • 1 Stand Up Paddle experience + 1 Stand Up Paddle Yoga 
  • Initiation into a variety of essential oils by Doterra
  • Yoga shala fully equipped with mats, blankets, straps, blocks, and bolsters
  • Free use of the pool, jacuzzi, spa with sauna and hamman

Program :

THE PRACTICE 
Your day will began with a warm herbal tea, fresh fruit and nuts before entering into the fully equipped yoga shala which will become our sacred space for our daily practice.  Each yoga class will guide you on an inner journey through breath and movement, meditation and conscious awareness. Each practice is caters to all levels and encourages you to develop your own inner intuitive sense to know what feels right for you. We will use precious essential oils to enhance our practice according to the effects we wish to achieve. Each class will finish with a long guided relaxation, meditation and pranayama as well as moments to journal your experience. 
 
Our last morning class will include our closing circle, culminating the treasures of these five days together and sharing our gifts with each other. 
 
There will be 2-3 afternoon practices incorporating yin or restorative, each followed by Yoga Nidra.
 
THE BRUNCH 
As you come out of meditation, you will be greeted with an elaborate healthy brunch which will captivate your senses and fill your being with sweetness. Each meal is consciously created with delicious healthy vegetarian choices and served on the outside terrace by the pool. 
The brunch will be served buffet style hosting whole grains and cereals, with gluten free choices, homemade jams, ewe yoghurt, soy yoghurt, sheep’s cheese, eggs, fresh fruit juice, and hearty salads.
 
THE AFTERNOON
Respecting the rhythm of the body and the mind, every other afternoon will be about doing little, noting more than self care- lounging around the pool, relaxing in the garden with a good book, taking long walks in the nearby forest, pampering yourself with a massage or a jacuzzi, sauna or hamman. Every other day the ocean will call us to meet her, for either a two hour surf lesson with a qualified teacher- (don’t worry! We are all beginners!), time to relax and play in the waves, and a 2 hour  SUP and paddle yoga class on the nearby lake. We will venture into town to explore Hossegor and shop in the hippie chic boutiques and finish with a special seafood dinner by the water.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. No cancellations or refunds after April 1, 2019. If canceled before April 1, 2019,  15% of your deposit will be withheld.
